Nathan Stamm is the founder and owner of Momentas, Inc. With twenty years of construction experience, Nathan spent the last thirteen as a leader in the ultra-luxury residential market. He oversaw a myriad of multi-million dollar projects, including a $29 million demolition and reconstruction of a 25,000 sq. ft. landmarked West Village home.

Nathan started Momentas to set a new standard in the field. Technical precision, innovative solutions, and the ability to realize a client’s vision are key features of what Momentas offers. Yet, it's an emphasis on cultivating collaborative relationships and one-on-one attention with clients and their design team that sets Momentas apart.

Nathan has painstakingly built his team with the best in the field to execute each job seamlessly. He personally oversees the entire construction process of each project. Nathan has earned the trust of his discerning clients and design partners based on the excellence and professionalism of his team and his commitment for perfection.

He received his Bachelors of Science in Civil Environment Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.

Jonathan Stow
Project Manager & Millwork Coordinator

Jonathan brings a wealth of expertise to his role as project manager and millwork coordinator. With more than two decades of experience, Jonathan oversees each project to ensure exceptional quality and seamless execution. He handles every detail, ensuring all on-site work is done with minimal disruption while meeting Momentas’ exacting standards. He is responsible for coordinating the entire workforce team and performing budget allocation and analysis.

As head of the millwork division – a critical component for many custom renovations – Jonathan is responsible for all engineering, purchasing, cabinetry specifications, and oversight of cabinet makers and installers. As a seasoned millworker with twenty years of experience, he also designs and creates much of Momentas’ privately commissioned custom furniture and cabinetry.

Jonathan earned his Bachelors in Design in Architecture from the University of Florida.

Kenneth Barber
Site Supervisor

Joining the team in 2012, Ken serves a critical role as site supervisor for many of Momentas’ projects. He handles everything from on-site coordination, logistics, oversight of tradesmen, and on-time completion. 

With over twenty years in high-end residential construction, Ken’s extensive exterior experience includes installation of new pile foundation systems, shoring of adjacent buildings, façade rehabilitation, and environment remediation. Ken has overseen interior renovations involving complete layout reconfigurations, multi-story glass and steel curtain wall installation, custom millwork, and technology integration.

 
 

Jason DePaolis
Site Supervisor

As site supervisor, Jason works closely with contractors, clients, and building supervisors to ensure seamless execution of the client's vision. Each day, Jason opens and closes the site, tracks and manages all activity, files necessary documents, orders materials and manages inventory. 

Entering the construction business at age 13, Jason began his career building post and beam homes and log cabins in Vermont. An Air Force veteran, Jason traveled the country before settling in New York. A man of many talents, Jason is also a cinematographer, musician and actor.

 

Jeff Abikzer
Estimator

Handling all estimating and procurement, Jeff's responsibilities include submittals, product orders, and bid scope review and analysis. With over twenty years’ experience in window treatments and shower doors, Jeff also provides specialized expertise on specific projects.
